We worked closely with the client to explore different options that would maximise the development potential of the site and help to deliver both much-needed infill properties, and well-considered contemporary family homes to this Conservation Area, in a sustainable location within walking distance from Macclesfield town centre.

We prepared a number of feasibility studies and researched market values and demand when considering our various options.

The proposals will help to enhance the setting, which is currently a vacant derelict parking area, with either two or three homes that work around the site constraints to include provision for off-street parking, designated areas for bin storage and well proportioned private rear gardens.
